Would definitely buy our next home with the Orions again!! We had several friends who referred us to them, and we're so glad they did. A few things that stood out from our experience: 1) they spent time upfront getting a clear picture of what we needed and wanted and were able to use that perspective effectively throughout the process 2) they were generous with their time as we viewed properties and talked through every little detail. I remember Lori sitting on the floor with a level to find the slightest slant in the flooring that might have required future work. 3) they were comfortable pushing back when we were undecided about a tradeoff of a home and it clearly didn't meet our needs. There was one home in particular when we were on the fence, and Lori mentioned " this is not your place" because of x/y/z reason, and she was 100% right and steered us clear of a mistake.
