She did an amazing job!!!! We encountered some difficulties early on that had nothing to do with Lori. She was right there every second with the help we needed and to assure us we will be ok. She was extremely knowledgeable. We appreciated that since we aren't from KC area. We highly recommend her and will absolutely use her in the future if we buy a home again.
