Hi Ian and Carolina, I will be listing a 1 bedroom in Liliuokalani Gardens in June. Please see email from one of the owners in the building back in October 2021. This opportunity came purely from the postcards that you folks sent (MASH) in October 2021 - my listing in Liliuokalani gardens. This Seller purchased the unit from Caron Ling (agent from EXP) not too long ago but he thinks that the previous agent is "too busy"... He told me that because of Covid, he had not been going out to public open houses, so MASH postcards did work well in this case! Liliuokalani unit is his investment, he owns and lives in a 1 bedroom in Waihonua. He is considering selling his Waihonua unit and upgrade to something nicer and larger after Liliuokalani Gardens gets sold. I'll have to make sure I'll do a good job selling his Liliuokalani Gardens first 🙂 Just wanted to share this success story with you folks. If not MASH, I wouldn't have met this Seller. Thank you for all you do! Sincerely, Megumi N. Nekotani (R) Partner
