Liz was an absolute DREAM to work with and I'd recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the Seattle metro area. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Liz helped me find my dream home in northern Seattle in record time and, through skilled negotiating, enabled us to bid below the asking price. I gave her a list of things I was looking for and Liz truly went above and beyond in finding a place that is beyond my wildest dreams. What stands out most about Liz is her deep knowledge of the local market, her ability to make clients feel truly listened to/understood and her genuine warmth. Liz is a true expert when it comes to Seattle real estate, and seeks to achieve the best outcome for her clients. I can't wait to recommend her to friends/colleagues seeking to buy in Seattle. Thank you so much, Liz!!!
