Fortunately, we were able to work with Liz for the original purchase of our house as well as the recent sale of it. She demonstrated a personal interest in representing us and was familiar with the property and its best qualities, so was knowledgeable in preparing a marketing strategy. She was open to our suggestions and would readily seek answers to our questions or clarifications for our concerns. She prepared us for each step of the way. She was patient, gracious and accommodating when, due to family events, we removed it from the market. A few months later, when we listed it again, Liz energetically put us back on course. And the house was sold smoothly and in a timely manner! I'd say Liz's willingness to be available and responsive at any time is one of her most supportive qualities. She would listen, research and reply at any hour and I felt comfortable that she made sure we had all our bases covered. She comes with experience, confidence and dedication to her field. I would use her again if the opportunity arose!
