We did everything Lisa asked us to do in preparing the home for showings and boy did it pay off! Lisa did a great job with the listing and assisting us in negotiations of the offers received. She walked us through the process and "legalize" when certain items were not clear on the contracts. Were we to sell future homes, we would not hesitate to work with Lisa and have sung her praises to the neighborhood!
