She made herself available to answer questions, arrange visits during our search incredibly quickly - helping to meet our sometimes challenging schedules, and provide candid feedback based on our goals. At the outset of the process, she helped us outline our goals and then kept them front and center as we evaluated the fit of various homes for our future. This was important for maximizing our time and keeping us on track. Lisa was an excellent listener, very good communicator, and demonstrated the care and concern for our needs above all.
