I cannot even describe how glad I am to have chosen Lisa to represent me as a first time home buyer! I let her know early on that I wanted to really take my time with the process. That I was in no hurry to move and I wanted to find the perfect place for me. Right from the very beginning she listened closely and gave me the exact support I asked for. September–December 2025 I was pretty intense with my search and she was ready to go whenever I needed to see a place. Even last minute she would be there in a heartbeat. I took a bit of a break in January and most of February, but for fun I went to an open house in late February, texted her that I wanted to see it again and maybe put in an offer, and within 5 minutes she was ready to go. She booked a second viewing immediately and started talking strategy with me. It perfectly exemplified how she gave me all the space I needed and then when I needed her again she was locked in, ready to fight for the house I wanted. I ended up getting way outbid for that house, and in the spring and summer I took another break to reevaluate what I wanted. Lisa was great about giving me space again, then all of the sudden in late July a house came on the market that was perfect for me and I texted her to go see it the next day and she was all over it without missing a beat. I loved the house and was ready to go through the whole offer process again, and with her coaching and support the sellers accepted our offer and the real work began. As a first time home buyer I had no idea how many tasks and how much paperwork was needed after an offer was accepted. Again, thank god for Lisa, shes been on point with this whole process the whole time. I truly wouldn't have been able to do this without her. TLDR as I said above, I just feel SO fortunate that Lisa has been the agent I've been working with through this whole process beginning to end. It makes me excited to maybe buy another house in the future and work with her again, hahah. But seeing as that is very far in the future, I'm just really happy to pass on this experience to other people looking for a trustworthy, effective, supportive agent. Especially if youre a first time home buyer and have no idea what youre doing like me hahah TY Lisa! Side note I think its very fitting that her last name is Joy because that's exactly what she is to work with.
