We were connected with Lindsay Buhs after recently moving to the city, and still talk about how lucky we were to have found her. Lindsay was instrumental in not only helping us learn about the makeup of Kansas City, but in finding and falling in love with our dream neighborhood, Brookside.
In an incredibly competitive market, and while pursuing a very specific style, size, and state of home, we knew we could count on Lindsay to give us unbiased and wonderfully insightful information. The moment she heard about a house coming to market through her astonishingly large network of connections, she began digging to see if it could be a right fit for us. Her level-headed approach helped save us from our own impulsiveness early on, as she knew she could find us our perfect fit.

After going under contract, Lindsay lined up an amazing team of inspectors (who also love her), and then tenaciously and expertly guided us after we decided to further negotiate before closing.
Now that we've finally moved in, we're delighted to also have Lindsay on our new neighborhood's HOA, which only speaks to her commitment to her community and neighbors. She shares that same commitment to her clients, and we couldn't be more grateful to have worked with her and now call her our friend and neighbor.
