I had the absolute pleasure of working with Linda Dearing as a first-time homebuyer, and I can confidently say she’s the most helpful and hardworking realtor I’ve ever met. The process was completely new to me, but from day one Linda made it smooth, manageable, and even enjoyable. She was always available to answer questions, share her knowledge, and guide me through each step with patience and care. What truly sets Linda apart is how dedicated she is and she goes above and beyond for her clients, even when challenges arise. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine passion for helping people shine through in everything she does. Thanks to her, I’m now a proud new homeowner. I couldn’t be more grateful for her support, and I would recommend Linda to anyone in need of a realtor who truly puts her clients first. She’s not only an incredible representative of Old Colony but also someone I’ll always be thankful to have had by my side.
