Lin is the best in the business! Nobody is more knowledgeable of Westchester and Putnam County. From day one Lin set expectations for what we should expect from her, what she expects from us, and what to expect at every step of the process, that way there were never any surprises. She got to know us and our wants and needs so well that was able to tell how we felt about a home by my fiancée's body language alone. Her extraordinary service and energy made our home buying process feel seamless during COVID when everyone else we knew shopping for a home told us how much of a nightmare it was. Her network or resources proved to be valuable every step of the way. Whether it be with loan officers, home inspectors or attorneys you mention her name and doors open. We are now in the home of our dreams and 100% could not have done it without her. Words cannot express our gratitude.
