We've used Laurie on 4 different real estate transactions and would never use anyone else. Laurie is a master at her profession. Selling and buying can be stressful, but we have such confidence and trust in Laurie's knowledge, expertise, reputation in the community and superb negotiation skills, that we are able to let go of that stress to deal other tasks like having the house show ready, packing, etc. We're very careful when referring people, but have no hesitation whatsoever when referring Laurie. She has helped other friends and family members and they are just as happy as we are. It is also worth noting that we hear from mortgage lenders and other involved in our transactions how impressed they also are with Laurie. You won't be disappointed.
