We have worked with Laura on 3 home transactions: 2 sales and 1 purchase. We really appreciated Laura's knowledge of the market, responsiveness, and calm nature. She goes above and beyond with staging, photographs, and personally assisting with some of the needs to prepare for sale. Her recommendations to prepare our very old house for sale resulted in several offers after one weekend on the market. I would 100% recommend Laura to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the greater Tacoma area.
