We’re writing this review to express how happy and grateful we are to Lana Kromsova - we highly recommend this phenomenal professional.Our previous broker could not sell our condo for more than two years when we met Lana. After we spoke several times, we decided she was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic, we want to give her a try. Today, we’re happy we made that decision as it led to a very successful and smooth sale of our 2 bd penthouse in a short time!From the very start, Lana told us what needs to be done, why, and how to market it. We were not living in NYC at the time so she had to deal with practically every single step detail of the process. In a very short time she found a great stager (and even staged one room herself with some of her own furniture); brought her contractor who did a great job removing custom shelves that occupied the entire wall in the bedroom, painted the wall, and did some other cosmetic repairs; she also found cleaners and a great photographer. All was done in a matter of days. Lana also helped us to find a reliable moving company for our remaining furniture, a handyman who disassembled our custom made sofa, and she even Fedexed us us our mail. Truly, she went above and beyond. Lana was also instrumental in negotiating with the buyer and made a difficult situation possible. She is enterprising - she even sold some of our furniture and lighting to the buyers. Both my husband and I want to commend Lana's exceptional sales & marketing skills. Also, from the beginning we felt that she treated us like family, so we became good friends and continue to stay in touch. She is very approachable, smart, has a great sense of humor and speaks several languages. To sum up, we highly recommend Lana Kromsova - for us she was the best real estate agent in New York!
