This was our second time having Kyle as our realtor! He is very knowledgeable of the current market trends. He was very helpful and straight forward with us on the valuation and the sale of our home. We made a quick decision to buy another home and sell our current one, and although we felt that everything was in a time crunch, he was patient and always quick to respond. He is professional, and explains everything to make sure you understand what's going. We would definitely have Kyle as our agent again in the future!
