Kumiko Burns was very nice and caring. Since it was my first time selling process, she always explain use easy showcase and from her experiences. I think it was very smooth transactions. I do work with other realtors though my business but she was good not too much ensemble talking and move process step by step her Emotion is always calm I will definitely reach out to her when I have another job
