Kumiko was tuned into our requests and preferences from the first moment of our discussions. She kept track of all the complex steps involved in buying a house and helped us stay on track and on time too. Over and over she made smart and helpful suggestions on matters large and small. Wonderfully, she responded promptly to all our messages and questions, even at night. And, also important, Kumiko was fun to work with. We are profoundly grateful that she was our realtor!
