Kristin Higgs was my agent when I bought my home. Kristin went above and beyond to guide me through the process. She was great at negotiating with sellers and in making sure that I understood every step of the process. Thanks to Kristin, I now have the home I wanted. - Testimonial By Susan Hawkins for Kristin Higgs at Allen Tate Companies
