If you sell a beloved home that you've treasured for many years, you want a realtor who also recognizes the value of your home. I don't mean the monetary value, but rather someone who will take care of your property while they're showing it to prospective buyers. Someone who will encourage people to wipe their feet!! Someone who will close the door behind them when walking around the property. In short, someone who is mindful! Kristi Anderson takes care of your home while she sells it. She doesn't play fast and loose with the lockbox rules by allowing others to have access to your home without her being present. She doesn't cut corners for her own convenience. She has years of real estate experience and she knows more about permits and legalities than a good many lawyers! Kristi has a deep knowledge of the community, and she takes time to answer any questions you might have as the sale progresses. Kristi Anderson is a first rate realtor who is there for you from beginning to end.
