Kris deserves her 5-star ratings! Kris was our realtor fourteen years ago when we sold our previous home and bought our current home and we couldn’t have been happier with both transactions. So when it was time to list our current home we didn’t hesitate to call Kris. Kris’s knowledge of the local market is second to none and her professional guidance each step of way was invaluable. She is calm and competent — two qualities that are crucial in a hot real estate market. She is also highly responsive, ethical and a pleasure to work with. We absolutely recommend working with Kris to either buy or sell a home!
