If you are looking for a spectacular real estate agent let me suggest Kris Hendricks with Windermere. Here is an agent filled with good information that’s pertinent to your needs. She is very knowledgeable but not pushy. That means she offers all the advice you want or need, finds appropriate listings for you, yet never tries to steer you in a direction that’s inappropriate to your needs and wants. She guides you gently about what should be done to get the best price for your existing home, and has a long list of reliable contractors should any improvements need to be made. She makes what could be a dreadful experience become a pleasant one.
