I can’t thank Kola Raymond enough for everything he did to help us find and close on our new home. Even when it seemed like things were not going to work out, Kola remained patient, professional, and committed to helping us find the right property. After we had to cancel our previous contract, he didn’t give up. He immediately went back to work and did everything possible to secure a new contract for us. Throughout the entire process, he was proactive, diligent, and always looking for ways to make things happen. Our property was about three hours away from him, but that never stopped him from going above and beyond. He even showed up early in the morning for the final walkthrough before we headed to closing. That level of dedication really meant a lot to us. Kola also worked hard to make the closing happen earlier than I originally expected, which helped us save money on hotel expenses while I was starting my new job. He truly understood our situation and treated our home purchase like it was his own. Most importantly, he helped us get a home that we absolutely love. If you are looking for a realtor who is patient, proactive, professional, diligent, and willing to go the extra mile, I highly recommend Kola Raymond. Thank you, Kola, for making what could have been a very stressful process a much better experience for our family!
