This was the third time we have used Kitty Thomas as our realtor and once again she has completely exceeded all of our expectations. Her knowledge and experience was extremely helpful throughout this entire process but was even more valuable during negotiations, inspections and closing! She was always so level-headed and kept us on track even throughout the extremely emotional times of the house buying process! I would recommend Kitty to anyone looking to buy in the Kansas City area and I would use her again in a heartbeat!
