Kirk Scott is our real estate hero.  Kirk was incredibly helpful, patient, and encouraging throughout the process of selling our current home and finding a new home. The house we were selling needed many updates to bring us from “charming” to “must-see”.  Throughout the update process, Kirk helped us choose contractors, materials, and appropriate updates to get our house where it needed to be.  When we would become discouraged, Kirk was motivating and understanding.  Once we listed our house, Kirk had it sold in less than 5 days.  We felt like his only clients - he was available by phone, text, and email 24 hours a day.  He took time to explain the different offers and the benefits to choosing one over the other.  In the end, Kirk guided us to an over-ask sale with a quick close.  During that process, Kirk also helped us find a great new house.  He coordinated the inspections, appraisals, and negotiating with the sellers so that we were only without a home for 2 days!  Kirk helped us understand what to expect every step of the way up through closing and beyond.  I can’t imagine selling or buying a house without Kirk Scott leading us every step of the way.  This man is so reassuring and knowledgable that it made us comfortable with what could have been a very stressful and anxiety ridden experience.  If you want to sell or buy a house, contact Kirk Scott and you will not be disappointed.
