I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Kimberly and her husband Leo in the sale of my home. I originally listed with friends who specialized in new builds and resale wasn’t exactly their specialty. Long story short, the home didn’t get much exposure and we agreed to part ways on good terms. After connecting with Kimberly and Leo, I did not hesitate to take advantage of the expertise they demonstrated. They had a game plan from the very beginning and were extremely motivated to see it through. In addition to their expertise, the time and effort they personally contributed blew me away. Shortly after we went live, we had offers on the table and an agreement to close within one month over ask! I was always in the know in regards to paperwork and the timeline each step was to take place. In conclusion, everything closed without a hitch and I will never hesitate to sing their praises.
