As a couple we were split on going with a realtor, but after looking at several "budget" options, we were convinced to go with Kim Seldon. She was amazingly patient and was honest and open about how we should price our home. We were going to be staying at home till the day we closed and Kim was wonderful about how to handle showings. We were also amazed by how much value the professional photographs added. We had 10 showings in the first two days!!!! We had an offer at asking within 4 days and were happy with it. It was at this point that we really appreciated the value of having Kim as our realtor. It is not easy to navigate home inspections, buyer walk through etc. when you have a small child at home. Kim held our hand through the process and provided much needed support. I would endorse her 100% and recommend her to anyone. Lastly I would say to anyone who is thinking of doing this alone, or with a virtual realtor... Don't; we definitely got value for money and much much more. Thank you Kim!
