Kim was excellent throughout the process of selling our house. We live in a diffferent state and she facilitated significant repairs needed before this house could be put on the market.. She is an excellent communicator and pleasant pleasant to work. She with goes the extra mile and is completely trustworthy. Kim kept the entire process moving so that from our first contact through the property renovation, listing and receiving out sale proceeds was three months.
