Kevin had to actively manage both the seller's agent for 22 Shore Drive and the buyer's agent for the sale of our old home, 2 Morrissey Stone Court. If it weren't for his knowledge, experience and persistence with the other agents, the deal would have died a very ugly death, and I wouldn't be writing this while looking out over the water.
