Kevin was excellent when negotiating with the other parties, and always made sure that we were comfortable with the decisions that we made. We never felt like we were getting pushed in a certain direction which was huge for us. We felt like we were getting unbiased feedback, which told us that he was acting in our best interest. He also was very receptive to any requirements that we asked and always relayed the message to the other realtor without including his own bias, which we've experienced in the past with a different realtor from a different company. Also, Kevin was very honest during inspections, which made us feel comfortable that whichever home we did purchase, we would know all the facts about it before putting an offer in. Overall, extremely satisfied with our experience.
