If you want a realtor that is punctual, knowledgeable, and really cares about your home buying experience, I recommend you talk to Kevin Holt. Kevin has a good eye for potential hazards like wood rot, roof damage, HVAC condition, etc. that helps you make the best decision possible on your future home. My wife and I wouldn't recommend anyone other than Kevin Holt.
