Kelvin made my experience as a first time home buyer virtually stress-free. The home buying process can seem daunting, but Kelvin educated me on the entire process on day one and was there to support me every step of the way. His knowledge, connections, and strategic negotiation skills are unmatched. Kelvin has a talent for really tuning into his clients’ tastes and needs in a home. Kelvin guided me through the inspection, appraisal, and closing process, always available to answer any questions along the way. He connected me to a reputable mortgage broker and lawyer as well.
