From the first day we met Kelly, she was absolutely wonderful. From the very beginning Kelly was very invested in helping us find our dream home, even before we knew we would be moving to Charlotte. Luckily we ended up getting the job and moved to the city, but because of Kelly we already had a good start on real-estate in the city. She was beyond patient with our ever changing living decisions and consistency kept us up to date with new homes coming on the market. As we felt needy and overwhelming, Kelly always assured us we were experiencing the normal process and never made us feel aggravating. She was always very meticulous and detailed about the house or buying process and ensured we had complete understanding of the whole process. Our schedules are very variable and we can't express how thankful we were of how well she worked with our schedules to coordinate any details. Kelly was very professional and such a joy to work with through our whole process and would highly recommend her to anyone!
