Kayla was exceptionally helpful throughout my home-buying process. I had specific requirements for my home purchase, and Kayla skillfully filtered through the available options, presenting me with a great list of properties that met all of my criteria. Once we found the right home, she successfully negotiated a purchase price reduction of over 10%, guiding me smoothly through the process as a first-time homebuyer. Her extensive knowledge of what makes a 'forever home' and an investment property was crucial in achieving my financial goals. I cannot recommend her highly enough, from her attention to detail to her ability to simplify complex matters. I will be recommending her to everyone! If you're looking for someone who will go the extra mile to exceed your expectations throughout the entire process (and even provide assistance after the closing), Kayla should be your top choice!
