“We are very pleased to indicate that Kay Huddleston was our realtor for the recent purchase of our home in Sarasota. The search started this summer when we provided an overview of the type of house we were looking for and Kay started in earnest with much patience searching through the many listings to find homes that matched our specific criteria and price. As we were new to the area Kay took the extra time to also familiarize us with the community and point out the many services that were available in the area which not only assisted with selecting our house but also in purchasing furnishings and setting up lawn care, etc. We’ve purchased many houses in the past and have never experienced this level of service and attention to our requirements that Kay provided in finding our new Florida home.We would highly recommend Kay without any reservations to anyone looking for a home in the Sarasota/Bradenton area.”
