I am a native from Manchester, New Hampshire, and graduated Keene State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health. My manufacturing job in environmental, health and safety brought me to Lexington in 2015. Shortly after I made the decision to get my real estate license and practice full time and haven't looked back! While I wasn't born here, I'm proud to be a Kentucky Transplant and Lexington has my heart! My passion for people, the community, and real estate has helped me represent first-time home buyers, investors, new builds, relocating families, and people experiencing life changes requiring a special move. I pride myself on being genuine and personable when it comes to the home buying and selling process and will work tirelessly to promote my client's best interests. As a full-time REALTOR®, I will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible while keeping communications a top priority. I am a Ball Homes Specialist in all Central Kentucky neighborhoods and representing the biggest builder in Kentucky. After building my first Ball Home in 2021, I have a great deal of knowledge and understanding on what it's like going through the process which helps me with my clients on building their Ball Homes. I provide expert advice on our neighborhoods, floorplans, and selections and guide buyers throughout the building process. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Rob, and our son, Henry. In our spare time you can catch us traveling, spending time outdoors, and catching up with friends and family. Call, text or email me today. 859.382.2547 / kwilcox@cirebg.com
