Katie went above and beyond. I moved to Oregon about a month after I signed our agreement. She coordinated all repairs, made great suggestions, and gave excellent advice while I was away. She kept me in the loop, and we discussed all improvements before any work began. She knows her "stuff" and was able to make several critical recommendations for me. She proactively worked with me on pricing, and I do not believe my home would have sold without her help. I'm happy to recommend Katie to anyone in the market who's interested in buying or selling a home!
