Katie is amazing. She helped my sister purchase a home and came highly recommended when it was our turn to look for a new home. Katie made the process so much easier for us by going to see homes and send us a video to determine our interest. So, rather than spending countless hours going from home to home, we could spend our time focused on homes we were truly interested in seeing. Communication was wonderful and she always promptly answered questions or scheduled house showings when we requested. We really appreciate Katie’s straightforward approach to showing homes. She pointed out both advantages and disadvantages of properties without bias. She did not sugar coat potential challenges of homes but rather discussed the potential solutions.
