As a first time home buyer I had the good fortune of having Kathy as my realtor. Her vast knowledge of today’s real estate market made her invaluable to me! Kathy listened carefully and worked tirelessly on finding exactly what I was looking for. She was honest & realistic which helped to keep me focused and stay within my budget. Her incredible insight along with her long list of relationships that she has fostered through the many years in this community, from mortgage brokers to carpet cleaners and everyone in between, helped to make the house buying experience a seamless one. It is without reservation that I highly recommend her!
