Alex is very conscientious about being available to show properties, send property listings that fit our criteria and he negotiates well with potential sellers. He is knowledgeable about offers, and all details pertaining to locations and property value, pro/cons.He also is extremely involved and responsive to questions during the whole closing process including inspection referrals and any questions we may have even after closing. I highly recommend Alex.
