Kathy used her wealth of knowledge in the real estate market of this area in the sales and marketing of this property. She kept me well informed as needed and negotiating skills were impeccable. Her professionalism and guidance helped me through a difficult transition/transaction. I would highly recommend Kathy for any of someone's real estate needs.
