My wife and I were in a very unique, time-sensitive situation and Kathy was not only understanding, but was always prompt and professional. We've had several Realtors over the years, and Kathy's skill as a Realtor shows. She knows what she is talking about, and she knows how to get the job done. Our home was on the market for a little more than a month before we got an offer. When we received the offer, my wife and I had already moved out of state and with Kathy's help closing was a painless process.
