Kathy is more than just a seasoned realtor who is not only professional and knowledgeable, about real estate, but also someone whom you would want to call your friend. She knows how to listen and will not push you, like some realtors I've used in the past. I was very glad to use someone, like Kathy, who has a physical presence in the area, rather than a national online company. While I can honestly say we didn't have any problems during the process, if we had, I'd want a local person, who is familiar with the area, and who could meet with me face to face (which we did anyway). We put the house on the market during the Covid-19 pandemic, and it sold immediately! I was thrilled, of course. I was also very pleased with the photos produced by Kathy's photographer. It was an all around wonderful experience!
