OPEN FOR BUSINESS As you may already know, the State of Florida and the Dept. Of Homeland Security have both deemed residential real estate as an Essential Business.  Accordingly, REALTORS are open for business, but please understand that itâ??s not business as usual. Like everyone else REALTORS are required to follow the COVID-19 guidelines published by the Center For Disease Control and we are using technology to continue to serve our customers during this health crisis. For example, I can meet with you through video conferencing, hold Open House events with live streaming, or provide recorded home tours on my YouTube channel. Itâ??s not business as usual, but itâ??s an opportunity to improve my skills and continue to provide Watsonâ??s legendary quality of service to you. As a REALTOR I serve as a trusted advisor to my customers not only when times are good, but also when times are extremely difficult such as the loss of a loved one, divorce, sickness, and job loss. There are many other reasons why customers might want or need to buy or sell a home, but there is only one reason why I am a REALTOR: to be of service and have a positive impact on my customersâ?? lives.  Be safe. Be well. Call if you need me. (904) 382-0391     I love meeting people, hearing their stories, and helping them solve problems or reach a goal. This passion for people has served me well as an attorney, a business manager, a community volunteer, a mentor, and in the relationships I've built with my family, friends, colleagues and customers.  Let's talk about your real estate goals and make a plan to reach them. I serve all of the greater Jacksonville metropolitan area including Duval and Saint Johns counties, Riverside, Avondale, San Marco, San Jose, Mandarin, the Beaches, and Saint Augustine.
