If you are looking for someone who will go to bat for you, Kathryn Gibson is your woman. Through the whole process of finding our next home, Kathryn was attentive in each step. She was flexible in working with my schedule to view homes. She considered our needs as a family when viewing properties. She made sure we stayed on a timeline for lender requirements. She worked diligently with the lender to ensure any underwriting issue was immediately resolved. During the process we hit a major bump in the road with our buyer’s VA loan. Kat was able to work with the builder to allow us early occupancy for our belongings, so they didn’t end up stranded in a U-Haul. She laughed and cried with me. She reassured me when I was stressed. She was with me through every walk through prior to our closing. She made sure our house was perfect! Her passion for her job shows through her tenacity! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new home! She is not just a realtor. She’s a friend!
