Kathryn conducted herself in a very professional manner. She was very attentive and kept us updated at all times on the status of the sale. Very knowledgeable on the current market value for the house in the area. Listened to our concerns and answered our questions expeditiously. Informed us of the process from start to finish. Would recommend Kathryn to others and would definitely use her again on any future house sales.
