Kathleen did an amazing job from start to finish in listing and selling our house. She started with market research to see what the comps were in our price range. We priced accordingly. Held our open house and had 7 offers to choose from. Kathleen worked all the offers to make sure we had best and final. Each step of the way we relied on Kathleen’s real estate experience and sound advice to help guide us to make the best informed decisions.
