KC (Kathleen Lochner), Assisted us with the sale of our lake front property in Winter WI, in the dead of winter! We thought it would be on the market for a while, however with her networking we were under contract in 4 short days. KC's communication and coordination skills helped make the process almost effortless. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell a property.
