We originally had planned to purchase right before Covid hit and Kathleen was kind enough to show us a home last minute and made a lasting impression but lost contact with her. Flash forward to April, 2024, we began our search and once again found this magnificent agent. As we lived out of state we had our challenges such as the type of home that suited us, location community benefits and many things that we had not thought of. Not to mention scheduling showings inspections and all the things that go along with buying a home 1,200 miles away, Kathleen and her team never missed a single beat. Every detail was handled to our satisfaction. In February of 2019 we met this incredibly talented and knowledgeable woman who made a lasting impression and on August 28,2024 we closed on our dream home in Nokomis. I cannot express our gratitude for all the hard work and dedication from the Comerford Group and Kathleen. Thanks again
