Great Experience Kathie Smith was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I think she went the extra mile to make the sale of my house less stressful and easy for me. She was able to answer all of my questions and explained procedures very well from the beginning to the closing. She was also very warm and friendly.
