Katherine worked tirelessly to ensure we secured the best pricing and terms for our home. She was highly dedicated to marketing our home by holding open houses liberally, to include holiday weekends. Katherine is well-connected and very on top of local market intelligence to ensure we had 100% up-to-date information relevant to selling our home. I love her hard working, no-nonsense approach, combined with the utmost care and compassion for her clients. Katherine kept our needs front-and-center throughout the entire process, never losing sight of our objectives. She expertly navigated the negotiations at closing time to ensure our goals were achieved. Katherine's extensive real estate knowledge translated to consistently excellence advice to us at a time when the real estate market was changing. She was an enormous asset to us and it is greatly appreciated!
